Σούρα 10 Yunus (Jonas), αγιά 33

1. كَذَٰلِكَ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ فَسَقُوا أَنَّهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

   Thus the word of your Lord has come into effect upon those who defiantly disobeyed - that they will not believe.
